There was a case recorded in Fasting For The Health Of It of a Ms. Kim (Age
43) who took drugs for symptoms of fever, nausea, vomiting, muscle pain and
skin lesions.  She had been diagnosed as having Lupus.  She engaged in five
periods of fasting and adopted a hygienic lifestyle. She got rid of her muscle
pain, fever and skin lesions.  Her general health was regained in three years.

In the September 1995 issue of The Wellness Messenger, Dr. Gott states, "I
have fasted lupus cases with 100% success rate.  All overcame lupus and stayed
free of it.  Once they learned that the causes were lifestyle related,
primarily of dietary indiscretions-a diet heavy in cooked foods, animal
products, especially cheeses and eggs, grain products including, of course,
bread, bean products and a long list of other processed foods, they swore off
such fare forever.  The profiles I took also revealed salt use and often,
flouridated water use and, sometimes, alcohol use.  But, in every case, the
big problem was what happened to them at the hands of the medical system."

I am also currently working with a man who has Lupus.  He is slowly
withdrawing himself from medication.  He is doing quite well.
