While I had no doubt that a paleo WOL is healthy enough to support a fetus, I
was more concerned about the weight and cravings issue.

This WOL has been so easy for me, it;'s like I fell into it and the weight
just melted off.  Now I look great and I feel great, but after years of
searching for that "miracle" diet, I am constantly looking around the corner
for that hidden something that will make me lose my way.

Rachel - I would love your article on cravings.

P.S. - I never considered Paleo to be a fad.  In fact, it irritates me to no
end when I hear people refer to it that way.
