I see.  In fact, with very low carb (less than about 30 grams a day) I
get anxious, which might be a similiar situation as to being "speeded".
So I eat more than that, but less than 90 carbs a day.  Now, I really
don't want to buy another book!  So what is the reader's digest version
of the cyclical low carb diet?  It seems that it is two high carb
evening meals twice a week, with all other meals low carb?
