>It's desirable to use the fewest ____ products. This is called being
thrifty.

I improved drastically my overeating habits once i started to eat animals
freely.
On a french standart diet ,or a vegetarian one ,or a raw food diet based on
fruits and nuts i could never stop to overeat.
On a raw meats and vegetables plus some fruit it feel than nature is so
abondant.( the feeling of lack is dissipating)

>>is it possible for some people to be healthy vegetarians

I have a friend naturopath vegetarian a yoga teacher for many years who do
very well but he is the first one to advise his vegetarian clients to eat
meat and say than very few people do well on vegeterianism.

>>is it possible for all people to be healthy vegetarians

I think there is many exemples of primarely vegetararian cultures who did
very good but they all had access to some animal products ( raw dairies or
meats)
