I was at my doctor's Friday and was given my results (I got a photocopy of
them). My cholesterol LDL levels are unfortunately too high although not bad
enough to have to take drugs or anything. He suggested that I drink skim
milk instead of the 1 an 2 percent that I have been consuming lately but
didn't want me to reduce eggs too much as he thinks they are very good for
for health. My triglycerides were good which is a big improvement from a
few years ago when they were apparently quite high. All other tests were
within normal ranges.

Overall he told me not to worry too much.

Cholesterol 5.71
HDL 1.45
LDL 3.85
Tryglycerides 0.89

But what really concerns me is that he found a painless lump in my breast
although he thinks that it could very well be a cyst. I am scheduled to have
a mammogram this Friday and will of course follow up on that.

Marilyn
