Hi John, 
Have you looked at the study of 16 patients with advanced cancer who were
placed on a ketogenic diet? They were allowed so much carbohydrate that they
must have been craving carbs all the time, and the mild state of ketosis
required was very light, yet 5 of them recovered. I suspect that many more
would have recovered on a strict ketogenic diet. 

I teach and work with people to help them follow a ketogenic diet and I can
tell you that most achieve and maintain a much deeper level of ketosis. You
might beat the lymphoma entirely if you can follow a strict ketogenic diet.
