The only one

cashews nuts are processed with heat and chemical solvents so commercial
cashews nuts are never raw .
a nut that have been denatured by heat ( almost all of them commercially
sold , at some degree or an other are , at least for quick drying purpose )
pistachios sold "raw "are also not raw as they deep them in hot water then
dried at high temperature .
dyed pecans most likelly will have been heated
roasted salted pistachios will unavoidably lead to overeating .
really unseasonned raw nuts in shell and eaten alone are very hard to over
eat because first, the shelling process , then the instinctive stop will
occur quite clearly ( as long you are not starving for fats )
raw walnuts have especially a clear "stop" and inpossible to overeat IMO.
also ideally for better regulation in eating and also digestibility,
rehydrate the nuts for 24 hours before .
