I don't know much about this.  I recall reading that some cancers--not 
all--are particularly glucose-hungry.  I'd keep in mind that even on a 
zero carb diet, blood glucose levels are not likely to drop much below 
80 mg/dl, and may indeed remain stubbornly higher than that.  I don't 
know why cancer cells would need insulin, but I guess it's possible.
