Hi Jo, welcome...
I think muscle is muscle no matter whose body it's in.  Men just have more
of it.  I pay attention to how my body reacts to anything.  Whether it be
food or lifting.  I also like precision.  Once that is achieved I move
forward.  I burn more calories with no rests and have slow movements when I
feel like it.  Variety gives me results.  Oliva
