I have the Excalibur and it works great on everything from flaxseed crackers
to jerky.  I'm glad I got the nine tray one because that way I can dehydrate a
lot of foods at one time.  It helps when you have a large garden and have lots
of veggies to dehydrate.  The company's web site is at
