Sean,

The Bison Ranch is 14 miles East of McKinney, and Texas Grass Fed Beef is
also in the area.  Not far from you if you're already going to Preston &
Royal.  No need to mail order.  Jan at the Bison Ranch will sell in bulk
from the ranch.
