Well, before you would really know whether or not butter is Richard's culprit,
he would need to completely eliminate butter for about a month and make sure
his symptoms are cleared.  THEN he could challenge with a huge amount of
clarified butter to see if it provoked a response.  But butter is non-paleo,
clarified or not, so it really should be looked at as different than animal
fat.

I could never get away with it.
