Weight 159.4 (down .8 in 24 hours and 3.4 overall)
Total protein yesterday: 100 grams
Total calories: 1400

Bacon and eggs for breakfast; lunch I had an incredible filet mignon
that I flash roasted in the oven (for all intents and purposes I had
it raw) -- seasonings were sea salt and a little chipotle powder,
yum; uncured hot dogs for dinner. And I would take a tablespoon of
either olive or coconut oil through the day.

Nicole and Wally are right that there is such a thing as body memory
as my energy did, by and large, keep up yesterday. At least there
was no major crash in the afternoon. New discovery for me.

Though most fogginess is now gone, I am still feeling slightly as if
I have a head cold. It's as if the "top layer" of body fat I am
burning right now has a good amount of toxins in it, if that makes
any sense.

Another thing I'm paying attention to is how "creaky" I am feeling in
the mornings when I first get out of bed. How do my feel feel, do I
hobble? That has absolutely improved and I feel I've dropped some
years of aging if it's fair to use creakiness as a guage of that.

That's it for today. First normal workout tomorrow morning. We'll
see how that goes.
