It does sound like slim pickin's.  Just be careful you don't wear
yourself down, between the caloric restriction and the exercise.

You know, the ketostix only measure the ketones that your body
can't use at the moment, the *surplus* ketones that spill out
into the urine, sweat, and breath.  If your caloric intake is
relatively low, you could be making plenty of ketones but be
burning them as fast as you make them, resulting in no reading on
the ketostix.  Eat an extra pound of butter a day with your
low-carb diet and you'll turn those stix purple.  You won't be
losing any weight but you'll be putting out ketones...
