HA!  I love it; a Reader's Digest version of an important concept.  Does
anyone have in their hat a simple explanation of what's wrong with partially
hydrogenated fats and "healthy" vegetable oils like corn oil?

Also, what is the one essential macronutrient only found in animal foods?
It is one of the B vitamins?
