According to the Life Extension Foundation (http://www.lef.org) much
vit C
is imported from China. It's a low grade that often contains poisons
such
as lead, iron, and arsenic. And when people supplment with high doses
of
vit C (often 2-10g per day), then all these toxins add up over time.
