Cheat treat: Stevita Brand "Stevita Delight" Hot Cocoa beverage: Maximum
one cup per day -- ingredients: cocoa, stevia, vanilla -- I make this with
hot water and add cayenne pepper and cinnamon.

Spice note: I add ginger powder, cinnamon to teas frequently.

Snack note: Instead of nuts, I switched to seaweed. Low in carbs; much
lower in calories than nuts. Dulse can be eaten right out of the package --
it has a chewy texture. Dulse and kelp can be baked in the oven for a few
minutes until crispy and broken up into pieces. Spiced cut nori strips
(spices contain soy sauce but the amount is really trivial) are available
as individual snack packages.
