If you can't lose any more weight John, do what everyone else does in this
situation and change your diet completely for a week because obviously your
body has reached some kind of plateau and (speaking as a medical person)
has gone into starvation mode i.e. conserving fat/energy... you need to go
and have a good old fashioned "pig out" on strictly paleofood of course,
but lots of it...when you start to see your weight changing, or 3 days
change of diet, which ever comes first. Start slowly reducing the calories
(no less than 3000 cals per day for someone your size, or your body will go
into starvation mode again) you will notice a change again in your weight
loss and it should remain steady if it stops again start the process again.
Also drink pleny of water!! Get plenty of outdoor exercise, especially
aerobic which can be done indoors, videos etc, away from the computer!!!
Nothing like exercise to lift your spirits and lower your weight!!
I would also get your liver checked out...e.g. liver function test.
Sometimes not taking yourself so seriously can help.

I asked a question about a month ago... about heart disease and the
connection with immune disease that was mentioned a while back and didn't
get a reply!!! Could somebody please answer my question as this was
mentioned a couple of times on this list server and I trying to put
together a medical theory re the connection as I find the connection very
interesting...are there any websites etc I could visit!!
Thanks,
Toni
