Dear Mandy,

No fast is necessary. Get yourself down to the store, though and stock up on
ground beef, chicken, or other meat you like. Get to an Asian Market if
possible and buy some uncured pork. Make sure you have plenty of rations.
Maybe one of us could give you an easy daily diet to follow for the first
day or two. Also, head to the health food store and buy some nuts like
pecans, almonds and walnuts, and some free range eggs.
