I am a regular "lurker" and have been following the Neander/Paleo food lifestyle
pretty religiously for over a year. I had no pre-existing medical conditions when I
started. I feel great. My weight stabilized after losing 40 lbs. - ( I don't workout or
walk as much as I should). I don't "cheat" per se, but sometimes eat cured
sausage or bacon, have vinegar with my salad, eat a piece of bread if I'm at a good
restaurant (the bread must qualify), or, worst of all - eat the dreaded "sweet,"
generally a few forkfuls of some irresistible dessert (at the same restaurant with
the good bread!). But my singular weakness is honey. I have it everyday with my
tea. Raw and unfiltered, but everyday. My question is; How does honey fit into
this sweetness equation? Any thoughts? Any insight?
