A few years ago Dan Duchaine, in his BodyOpus book,
promoted ratios of roughly 1/3 for each macronutrient.
Actually, I think he said to go for 30% of each, and
then you'd have 10% margin of error for "whatever".
Maybe that would be the easiest - i.e, on a 3000
cal/day diet you'd shoot for 900+900+900 and then have
300 to play around with.....
