I thought that Anna's message about the diet of her Spanish forebears was
fascinating.  All my forebears are from Northern Europe, most of them
Swedish, the rest German and English.  What do people know about the Northern
paleo diet? Maybe I can add lingonberries to my diet -- but in the US, at
least, they're always sweetened!
