It might help to get used to the idea that breakfast can be "just
another
meal", as people on CAD (the Hellers' Carbohydrate Addict's Diet)
like to
put it. Personally I eat a lot of fish for breakfast - smoked salmon
or
canned tuna, with steamed greens or a salad. Eggs and/or bacon are
also
good, if you can tolerate those foods. Or nuts and fruit.  Celery
sticks
with almond butter. Last night's cold chicken leftovers.  Once I
stopped
thinking of breakfast as having to consist of particular "breakfast
foods", basically anything short of red meat became appealing in the
morning.
