A really excellent soluble fibre seed is flax that you might like to use. I
make my own pancakes every morning with freshly milled buckwheat/other grain
plus freshly ground flax seed along with an omaga three egg and skim milk.
These I fry in a teflon pan (without any oil). You will probably want to use
a syrup though, but use it very sparingly. Hope this helps.
