In less than a month we'll be a year old.  There have been happy days and
days like this when valued listmembers have chosen another path.

But the list remains an instrument of support for those seeking edification
and lasting enlightenment in the NeanderThin Lifestyle.

It was and still remains the goal of this list to provide a forum for
listmembers to reach out to one another a helping hand to make this WOE
doable and enjoyable.

Everyday is a "new" beginning for some members who must be allowed "to test"
their thoughts, struggle with their "baggage" and cut a "new" path to a
brighter paleo_future.
