Just had a thought -- I believe all the foods that Anchell permits are
among the least likely to cause an allergic reaction. Haas (The False
Fat Diet) claims that weight gain can result from eating food that one's
immune system reacts too (IgG response). My daughter had a test and lo
and behold she was allergic to a lot of food -- after she stopped eating
the allerginic foods, she not only lost her so-called ADD, impulsivity
problems, moodiness, etc. but she dropped weight and especially inches.
