The first product was a weeks supply of magnesium citrate and B6 which
we bought when we were away from home for the weekend [dry beds in the
hotel , yeah!] but the second one we tried is magnesium carbonate
.unfortunately, i had been in a rush and just asked for a magnesium
supplement suitable for kids.

I will be trying a different supplement, probably the citrate again ,
if I can get to the HFS tomorrow.
I will let you know how he gets on.

On a related note, he has covered more ground in his reading since
starting any sort of magnesium supplement and he is remembering words
better than before. He is really proud of himself =) This is very
noticeable even in the very short time that we have been trying this
[just over 2 weeks]
