well, a quote from a magazine article on the subject, from a Dr. Richard
Cohen, M.D.:

"Research has shown that diets too low in fat and protein and too high in
carbohydrates can impair the body's ability to produce testosterone."

So from that standpoint, it would probably depend on what you were eating.

Then there's the increased energy--especially if you've eliminated foods to
which you have a low level intollerance.  Or if you've been suffering from
something like mild hypothyroidism, hypoglycemia, etc.

etc., etc.
