I'll be needing some quick convenience meals also. I work evenings, 15:00 -
23:00. I try not to do too much after work so I can get to bed at a
reasonable hour. I have thirteen dogs who were recently switched to a raw
diet so much of my time before work is taken up with feeding them. I need
some meals that I can quickly prepare before work for lunch that also travel
well so I can take some with me to work for dinner. I don't actually get a
dinner break at work.

The paleo-style hamburger helper idea sounds like a good weapon to keep in
my arsenal. Now I just need to work on my veggie bins. My fridge has two
of them. With thirteen raw feed dogs one is currently filled with pork neck
bones and the other is filled with chicken leg quarters. I'm going to have
to end up getting the dogs their own fridge. Actually I think a walk-in
cooler and a walk-in freezer would be just right for me and my pack. <VBG>
