It is a hobby. People get into it and just enjoy yaking about it with
like-minded others, since we can not talk food much with most people.
It is safe to ignore 90% of what goes on here. If the volume of
messages is to great to read, switch to digest mode, then you will
only get one long e-mail a day, and you can read only the ones that
concern you.

Ray Audettes rule to stick to foods that COULD be eaten without
technology is the basic starting point here. Anything beyond that is complication.
