Forgive me if this is old ground, as I am relatively new to this list.  Is
Arpad Pusztai's work still relevant?  See him killing a potato on his
website.  It's either our carb-addicted brains talking, or saboteurs from
Simplot working every corner to protect a multi-million dollar investment
when we seriously consider the potato as 'food' on the Paleo Diet forum.
