Good point. It's always good to keep all of this in
perspective. Your comment reminds me of the Cosmos
series hosted by Carl Sagan. Anyone remember it? In
the first episode, Carl demonstrated the timeframes we
are dealing with by using a giant 365 day calendar to
represent ALL of earth's history. Of the 365 days
represented I think the dinosaurs existed for an
entire week. Humanity? Well, we showed up sometime
during the last few minutes of the last day of the
"year". Documented history? The last 5 seconds of the
last minute. You and me? Well.....
