I don't think so, I should have shown ketosis sometime in the transition.
From past experience with my body I think that I have a very large store of
glucogen in my body. I never have gone on a very low CHO regimen long  enough to
deplete it. This time I will stay on a no CHO plan until I see  results, I am
trying to lose weight. 50 pounds in fact. I weigh 230 pounds and  am 5' 11
1/2" tall, heavy frame. My ideal weight should be about 175 pounds,  which is
what I weighed when I was 21.    JerrySteg
