That's pretty interesting.  I think the evidence that EODF (every other
day fasting) is comparable to caloric restriction in its benefits is
mounting, and sooner or later I'm going to give it a try, just out of
curiosity.  But I'll be very interested to see what comes of Mattson's
planned study of daily fasting, i.e., restricting all eating to a 2 or 4
hour window of time.
