Are oils in general considered paleo - as they are processed/refined/concentrated foods ?

For example I like "creamed coconut" ( solid "wholemeal" coconutfat). I also like fresh natural raw coconut.
Theese two foods (processed / unprocessed) seems very different - I can eat much more coconut-fat in
the refined form , than in the natural form.

The same argument goes for any plant oil, and animal oils - cod liver oil for example.
Animal fats are different, as they occur naturally concentrated - so they are paleo.
