Mama always cooked meat well done,  I did not like it very
well; So did the US Army.  The Army sent me to Germany.  I
took a vacation to Switzerland and tasted rare Beef.   Some
US Soldiers ordered hamburgers raw at the PX.

Since then I  have preferred Beef rare.      Lorenzo
