In a summary, scientists have figured out how to grow fish muscle for
consumption in space. They were able to grow goldfish meat 16% in a single
week.

They believe they can do this with beef, poultry etc.

But does it have omega-3's or is it just a chunk of chunk?

This is both good and bad news depending on how it ends up working out.
Good news in that we can stop slaughtering animals, the price of protein
will drop bigtime. Bad news in that, how nuitritious is it really.. what if
this becomes the only source of protein and it's not healthy because
there's no nutrients in it? Speculation for now.

I'd like a shrimp the size of a baseball though.

Best,
P.
