Sorry to be so late about this; just getting caught up.

There are other reasons than food for headaches: carbon monoxide from
a faulty muffler, or gas-burning appliance in your house; toxic
chemical
spill; gas leak.  Or perhaps something physical you have started that
has
made your shoulder and neck muscles tense up (the cause of 95% of
my headaches).

Headaches are an important warning sign.  Take good care of yourself.
