Ray,

In NeanderThin, you write your food intake in a retrospective week.
There is a lot of fruit and fruit juice there, compared say to a low
carb approach a la Atkins or Eades.

These fruits aren't available year 'round, and as you say in the book,
folks starting NeanderThin can't consume this much fruit, until they are
at their goal weight.

How do you reconcile all of this fruit, which is relatively high in
sugar and would not be available to paleoman?
