        I agree but would add that the less than 100 grams come from vegetables
and berries.

        A very powerful hormone/antioxidant is melatonin which is stimulated by
deep sleep. I recommend at least 10 hours a night of sleep with no light
sources other than the moon and no noise.

        I enjoy berries frozen almost every night as dessert.

        I also take these alternated with salmon oils and of course I actually eat
fish. In addition, I make it a habit to get out in the sun virtually
everyday. The combination above along with exercise, a relaxed attitude,
and a spine free from subluxations has ensured that a cold or flu for me
comes only every 5-10 years.

        I was trying to get away with the minimum but you brought up some very
