NoSalt is a potassium salt found in the spice aisle along with regular salt
in the supermarket. Your hamstrings will recover must faster by using it
rather than bananas - and bananas have a lot of carbs. It's just a help when
radically switching diets. Whenever you drop carbs suddenly, your body will
flush out water and lots of patassiums goes out with it.
