That is my take on these things. May be important or useful for a few,
adjusting diet a bit on the edges. Blood type is really a very tiny
part of out total genetic makeup. As well claim hair color or nose
shape should determine our diet! Perhaps it does, if we imagine our
hair color etc indicates our degree of ancestral relation to some
particular group that for very long periods ate a particular diet. But
it is mostly a guess, given how little most of us know about our
ancestors back more than a few generations.
