Two friends were backpacking in Alaska when they spotted a Polar Bear approaching about 300 yards away. One of the hikers took off his backpack, removed his boots and put on his running shoes.   The other hiker said: "Are you crazy. You can't out run that bear."   The one putting on his running shoes said.  "I don't need to out run the bear.  I only need to out run you."
