In general terms what has changed most about your diet from the Atkins/Eades
approach to paleo -- more or less fat, carbos, protein? Less grains? More
fruit? How long were you on the Atkins/Eades plan? My HDL has almost doubled
since I stopped the low fat approach. I attribute the change to an increase
in saturated fats in my diet.

Namaste, Liz
