I'm game for this idea.  Actually, this has been tossed back and forth for
some time now.  The only problems we are likely to run into are those of
location.  We are on more than one continent, as a group, and even those who
are in the U.S., we are still quite far from each other, geographically.
Let's figure out where everyone is, so we can choose an appropriate
location.  I'm in Chandler Arizona, and soon will be in Portland Oregon, so
the best place for me would be anywhere on the west coast of the U.S.  I
would be willing to go as far east as Texas or a midwestern state.
