They are also grain, dairy, other non-paleo food eaters. Remember
paleo dieting is NOT about consuming increased quantities of
paleo friendly foods. It's about avoiding non-paleo foods. Just
as low carbing is not about eating lots of fat or protein. It's
about not eating carbs. Eating more (or some) meat will not compensate
for eating grains or milk if you are sinsitive to them.

Also remember, that thin is not lean. Many (majority?) of the models
while thin (and light) are not lean. Their body fat % is quite high.
Thin is simply a reflection of how big you are overall. Lean refers
to your fat/lean tissue ratio. You can be not_thin and lean (as many
professional athletes are) and thin and not_lean (as the models usually
are).
