I have been static in a ~ 3.5 lb meat (split about equally
between boneless skinless chicken breast, boneless pork loin,
and trimmed rib-eye -- for all the protein, fat) for many weeks now
(maybe a bit more on heavy lifting days). My carbs are low of course.
