I was once given a sample and the literature, and so I launched a web
search and found ever so many "structured" waters, all with proponents who
said the other guys' stuff was no good. To me it's a lot like colloidal
silver. You know there's some good in there somewhere, but how do you
evaluate it? Somewhere along the line for me, the claims stop sounding
valid and turn to bogus science.

I'd certainly be interested if someone could show that humans evolved on a
particular kind of water that might not be around any more but could be
easily and cheaply recreated. I'd try just as hard to get it as I do to
approximate a prototypical diet. As for "improving" on our planet's natural
offerings, well, science has a really lousy track record there, doncha
think?
