In the same way  there is genetically programmed organisation during growth
, it might exist  a  genetically programmed destructuration  of that
organisation .( the studies on aging seems to show that.)
 Interesting to observe a cooked piece of meat  and see its reluctance to
destructure itself  on its own contrary to a a raw meat .
