Good idea.  This is what my paleo son does in Cleveland, Ohio - even during
the winter.   I assume that a gas grill on the patio is safer cancer-wise
than using a charcoal grill.  A lot of people here in New Mexico use
Mesquite as a fuel because it grows wild all over the place and you can buy
it in the stores or go outside the city and cut it down.

I do cut off the charred, blackened parts of meat and veg that have been
cooked on a grill because I have read that they are linked to cancer.
